| Commissioners | It is ordered by the Court that the order heretofore made by this Court at the August Term thereof in reference to the compromise of the taxes due from the South and North Alabama Rail Road Company for the years 1875 was and is hereby extended; that said order shall be a full and complete discharge of said Rail Road Company for all taxes due from said Rail Road Company prior to the tax year A.D. 1878. |

Parish, Treasurer of said county, to said Rail Road Company for the sum of fifteen hundred dollars shall be a full and complete discharge of said Rail Road Company for all taxes due the County of Chilton from said Company prior to the tax year A.D. 1878. |

| Establish a public road - Connell Road | It is ordered by the Court that there be a public road established in said County to be called the Connell Road, to begin at a point at or near three hundred yards west of William Connell and to intersect the road leading from Clanton to Calera at mims x Roads. It is further ordered that William Connell, Peter Nix, D. H. Mullins, J. J. Honeycutt, William Robinson, Pink Robinson and Robert Barrett be appointed a jury of review to view and chart out said road and report thereon at the next term of this Court. |
