Logan from the mill to lower ford on said Creek, to be altered so as to continue down said Creek on the margin of the same to the lower ford as it formerly ran; and it appearing to the Court that notice as is required by law has been given for the period of thirty days of said proposed change. |

| Continuation - Smith Ferry Road | [Continuation:] and report their action in the premises to the next term of this Court. |
| Fire-proof safe | It is ordered by the Court that H. J. Callen as Judge of Probate and Kenyon Wells as County Commissioner be, and they are hereby, appointed and empowered to purchase for the use of the County a fire-proof safe for the use of the various county officers for the better protection of the money and books & papers belonging to the County, to be made on the plan to be suggested by said H. J. Callen & Kenyon Wells. It is further ordered that said H. J. Callen as Judge of Probate, so soon as said safe shall be received, that he is hereby authorized to draw a warrant on the County Treasurer in favor of the person or firm from whom the same shall be purchased. |
| $42.50 - W. R. Bowline | It is ordered by the Court that W. R. Bowline be, and he is hereby, allowed his warrant on the County Treasurer for the sum of forty-two & 50/100 dollars, it being amount of repairs on the bridge across Mulberry Creek. |

| Kelly & Mullins Road | It is ordered by the Court that there be a public road established in said County to be called the Kelly and Mullins Road, leading from a point on the Adams Ferry Road near John Kelly and intersecting the Montgomery and Clanton Road at a point near A. W. Mullins according to the survey made by the jury of review made in the premises on the 8th day of February 1879. |

Wadsworth that he claims damages for the reason of a public road heretofore established by this Court passing over the lands of the said W. M. Wadsworth, known as the Verbena & Hoffham Ferry Road. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the following named persons be, and they are hereby appointed a jury to assess the damages if any accruing to said land by reason of the establishment of said road, viz: Lunsford Moore, Robert Connell, Samuel Yates, A. L. Cooper, John Moore, Jefferson Eiland, Thomas Coame, John Gardner, Benjamin Gardner, J. A. Kicker, Jackson Dennis, John Parton, and report their action in the premises to the next term of this Court. |
