| Minor Woolley application | Whereas application has been made to this Court by Minor Woolley for the establishment of a private road to begin at the house known as the Woolley place on the Montgomery & Tuscaloosa Road two miles east of Old Maplesville, thence by or near Minor Woolley’s thence to intersect the Clanton & Dixie Road near Edmunds Haynes in said County; and it appearing to the Court that notice of said application [continues beyond bottom of page]. |

| Continuation - public road jury | [Continuation from preceding page.] Notice having been given as required by law, it is therefore ordered by the Court that William Jones, C. C. [Deadwiler], H. Clements, H. C. Oats, H. B. [Cadamy], Draton [Rasberry] be, and they are hereby appointed a jury of review to view and mark out said road, and report thereon at the next term of this Court. |
| [Pigeon] Road - damages | It is ordered by the Court that the following named persons be and they are hereby appointed a jury to assess damages. |
| W. W. Mardis road damages | Whereas it has been made known to the Court by the application of W. W. Mardis, the reputed owner of the land over which the [Pigeon] road leading from [Pigeon] Mills to intersect the Wetumpka Ferry Road passes, that by reason of the establishing of said road damages will result to said applicant. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the following named persons be and they are hereby appointed a jury to inquire and assess such damages as will probably accrue from the road, to-wit: William [Strand], Henry Connell, T. N. Williams, Robert Williams, F. A. Suttledge, Thomas [illegible], [B. H. Taser], W. A. Claughton, John Dawson, John I. Cook, John Jordan and Ben Gardner, who will report their action in the premises to the next term of this Court. |
| Kingston Road - part discontinued | It is ordered by the Court that the road known as the [Kingston] Road, in the neighborhood of the citizens residing within the neighborhood of said road, be considered with reference to discontinuance of that portion of said road [entry continues on next page]. |

| Continuation - Kingston Road | [Continuation:] It is ordered by the Court that that portion of said [Kingston] Road, to-wit: from the Tuscaloosa Road to where the Cooper Road intersects said Kingston Road, be and the same is hereby discontinued. |
| Mims X Road Road | Whereas application in writing has been made to the Court for the establishment of a public road leading from Mims X Road to James [illegible] in said County, and it appearing to the Court that notice of the time of making said application has been given as the law directs, it is therefore ordered by the Court that the following named persons be, and they are hereby appointed a jury of review to view and mark out said road, viz: W. H. [Keys], G. H. Hughes, James Allen, B. F. [Gains], T. M. Honeycutt, Isaac Peirce, [M. L.] Braswell, and report thereon at the next term of this Court. |

| J. W. Parish - $5.70 | It is ordered by the Court that J. W. Parish, County Treasurer, be and he is hereby allowed his warrant on the County Treasurer for the amount of five & 70/100 dollars for monies expended by him for the County as County Treasurer. |
