| To change State Road leading from Selma to Montevallo | Whereas application has been made to the Court in writing praying for a change in the State Road leading from Selma to Montevallo as follows: commencing at a point on said road on N 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 36 Township 20 and Range 11, thence west of and nearly parallel with old road till opposite the old McGee house, thence straight to the ford on McGee Creek, and it appearing to the Court that due and legal notice has been given in all respects as required by law. It is therefore ordered by the Court that J. H. McKee, William Parnell, C. J. Curry, Wm. | New Road from County line to Pilgrims Rest Church — continued | And whereas at said term of said Court the following named persons were appointed as a Jury of View, viz: E. J. Rollinson, Isam Abbott, James Chandler, Thomas Anderson, R. P. Kendrick, Thomas Roberts and John Pool; and the said Jury of View having made their report as required by law, setting forth among other things that they met on the 20th day of October 1882 and after being sworn proceeded to view and mark out said proposed road. It is therefore ordered by the Court that said road be and the same is hereby established as follows: commencing at the county line between Chilton and Autauga Counties at a new public road opened by Autauga County, from thence northwest to intersect the Dixie Road between the 9 & 10 mile post. | Application to change the Smith Ferry & Clanton Road / Coopers & Clanton Road | Whereas application having been made to the Court for an order to change the Smith Ferry and Clanton Road so as to place the same on the land line between W. H. Burten & J. D. Lanier and to also change that portion of the Clanton & Coopers Road so as to intersect the Smith Ferry Road at the corner of the field of I. D. Lanier.
