| New Road | Whereas application in writing has been made to the Court for an order to establish a new road leading from Sarah Collins running west by way of John Collins Sr. across Yellow Leaf Creek at the Hand & Callen Tramway and connect with the Montevallo Road at G. S. Collins in said County. And proof having been made to the Court that due and legal notice has been given of said application. It is therefore ordered by the Court that Hank Collins, S. J.
