| Ternan Road | The jury heretofore appointed by this Court to view and mark out a change in the Ternan road, having discharged that duty and report the following change, leaving the Ternan road at the sign post near E. T. Rhodes thence by George Mims and intersect the Montgomery road near C. D. Rutherfords thence across said road and again intersect the Ternan road east Ternanville. It is ordered that said change be accepted and that the Ternan Road shall stand changed to conform to said report. |

Bates be appointed as a jury of review to view and mark out a new public road commencing at south end of Moore Road between Mrs Moores and H. G. Lassiters land thence through Mrs Dushills and W. J. Bates land and intersect the Selma and Montevallo road. |

Cole, Jasper Friday and Luther Friday be appointed as a jury of review to view and mark out a new public road as follows: leave the Selma road near W. J. Bates thence by Jack Harris, thence best route to and intersect the new market road. |
| Kingston Road | The jury heretofore appointed by this Court to view and mark out a change in the Kingston Road having discharged their duty and report the following change, leaving the road this side Mrs. Vinson, thence to J. M. Corderie mill and intersect the Clanton and Cooper road. It is therefore ordered that said change in the Kingston be accepted and that part of the Kingston road from near the Mrs Vinson be discontinued. |

Kemp and others with their application in writing praying the Court to appoint a jury of review to view and mark out a change commencing at Kincheon post office, running thence west by Joseph Popwell's, thence crossing Little Mulberry Creek between W. L. Williams Jr and Thos. H. Kemp's, thence by the place known as Dobbs place, thence by Thomas Klinners and intersecting the Dixie and Clanton road near William Samsons. And it appearing that notice of said application has been given as the law directs it is ordered by the court that W. I. Mullins, Tom Kemp, John Gray, Monroe Deason, A C Mims, Joseph Popwell, and Joseph Ratliff be appointed a jury of reviewers to view and mark out the above described road. |
