And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that all notices of the establishment of said road have been given as required by law, it is therefore ordered that said Lenoir road be extended as reviewed by the reviewers, viz: leave the old road at east bank of Mulberry creek thence down said creek to H G Lassiters land, thence west to Selma road and that Crawford Harris be appointed overseer to open said road. |
| Jack Harris Road | This day came A. L. Stokes and five others, a jury of reviewers heretofore appointed by this court to view and mark out a new public road report that they have viewed and marked out said road as follows. Said road to be known as the Jack Harris road beginning at the new market near the 2 1/2 mile post from Selma, thence east to Harris mill along the usual traveled route & along the usual traveled route on east to the state road near W. J. Bates to intersect the road known as the Selma road. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that all notices of the establishment of said road has been given as required by law, it is therefore ordered by the court that the Jack Harris road be made a public road as reviewed and marked out by the reviewers as above described, and that J. W. Runnelly be appointed overseer to open said road. |

| B. F. Higgins Ferry | And now comes B. F. Higgins and presents his petition in writing praying that a license for a ferry be granted to him at Smiths old ferry on Coosa river and making proof to the court that he is a resident of Coosa County and over the age of 21 years that he has control of the banks on both sides of the river and that there is no other ferry within two miles of said Smith ferry on said river. It is therefore ordered by the court that said B. F. Higgins be authorized and licensed to establish a ferry across the said Coosa river at Smiths old ferry upon his entering into bond with good |
