Commissioners Court Regular Term Feb 8, 1886State of Alabama, Chilton County. Commissioners Court Regular Term Feb 8, 1886. Present and presiding H. J. Callen Judge of Probate and Mose Roberson, Anderson Baker Sr, Buckner Harris, R. C. Lenoir, whereupon the Court proceeded to make the following orders to wit.
E & N Norris
$25.00
It is ordered that E & N Norris be allowed a warrant for Twenty five dollars for their support.
Nancy Crim
$15.00
And that Nancy Crim be allowed a warrant for fifteen dollars for support.
Mrs Cook
$12.50
And that Mrs Cook be allowed a warrant for Twelve 50/100 dollars for support.
Jail ClaimAnd it is ordered that the Treasurer pay the certificates of Chas Wheelock as architect drawn by him in favor of the contractors when approved by the Probate Judge.
 It is ordered that Benjamin Cardwell be allowed and is authorized to erect gates accross the part of the Columbiana Road on his plantation provided he keeps them in good order, said permission to remain in force during the pleasure of the Court.

And that J. Y. Friday be allowed his warrant for building Bridge over Little Mulberry on the Centreville Road when the same is reported by Buckner Harris for Seventy five dollars.
J. M. Dawson
$5.00
And that J. M. Dawson be allowed a warrant for five dollars for repairing chimneys.
 And that the Sheriff be authorized and is ordered to collect as rent for the use of Jury Room provided the same does not affect the insurance now on court house, for each time as the rooms may not be used or needed for County purposes the sum of three dollars for each room per month.

And it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that notice of said application has in all respects been given as required by law, and no objection appearing to contest said application, it is therefore ordered
