| Bean road April 15 | This day came P. C. Bean and four others, a jury of reviewers heretofore appointed to view and mark out a new road report that they have reviewed and marked out said road as follows: Said road to begin at Jemison and intersect the Montgomery road at or near Collins Chapel and to run as follows: commencing at the depot and running east through the lands of H. N. Sims place by Marion Honeycutt and thence by P. C. Bean, thence by B. H. Martin, thence by L. D. Burnett, thence to Daniel Martins intersecting the Montgomery road at that point. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that all notices of the establishment of said road has been given as required by law, it is therefore ordered by the Court that said road be established and be made to run as reviewed and marked out by the reviewers as above described and that said road be called the Bean road, and that B. H. Martin be appointed overseer to cut out said road from Collins Chapel to the line of Beat No 2 and that H. L. Bean cut from the line of Beat No 1 to Jemison, said road to be a third grade road. |
