State of Alabama, Chilton County. Commissioners Court, Regular Term Aug 2nd 1886. Present and presiding Hon. H. J. Callen Judge of Probate, Buckner Harris, Mose Roberson, Robert Lenoir and Oliver Mullins commissioners. The Court proceeded to transact such business as was brought before it when the following orders were made and entered in the premises.

Mize, Robt Hall, Henry Shultz, Noah Latham, Isaac Rolly, John Bearden, Rasu Maness be appointed a jury of viewers to view out a road to leave the Randolph road at the South East corner of H. C. Scoggins land running along the South line of his land to South West corner of said land a distance of 1/4 mile thence to Centreville road distance all about 600 yards.
