It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice of said application has been given as required by law, it is therefore ordered that William Willis, Columbus Cardwell, Reinard Vanderslice, Dirk Aycock, George Littleton, J. F. Goodgame and T. Bensen Jr be appointed as a jury of viewers to view and mark out a change in said road, as follows, commence just above Galloways grocery thence to the ? bridge on Waxahatchee.
