Callen Judge of Probate, Buckner Harris, Mose Roberson, Robt Lenoir and Oliver Mullins, Commissioners. The Court proceeded to transact such business as was brought before it when the following orders were made and entered in the premises.

It is hereby ordered by the Court that W. M. Wilson be allowed two 59/100 for lumber.

This day came Riley Roberson and others praying a jury of reviewers be appointed to view and mark out a change in that portion of the Adams Ferry road between Providence Baptist Church and J. M. Aldridge's residence as follows: leaving the old road at or near said church, change of about 450 yards and running due south about 450 yards, three hundred and fifty yards north east of said Aldridge's residence. It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice of said application has been given as required by law, it is therefore ordered that Riley Roberson, J. M. Roberson, M. Aldridge, J. P. Robinson, M. A. Bates, W. H. Roberson, D. M. Wyatt be appointed as a jury of viewers to view and mark out said road.

This day came J. C. Traywick and others praying a jury of viewers be appointed to view and mark out a change in the Big Island road at or near the residence of W. C. Boyd. The change will be about 20 yards from the original road bed and about 150 yards in length and on as good ground as the original. It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice of said application has been given as required by law, it is therefore ordered that F. M. Connell, Alfonso Dubose, T. M. Pyron, W. C. Boyd, A. J. L. Dennis, Thomas Traywick, N. Estres be appointed as a jury of viewers to view and mark out a change in said road.

 will run through the lands of Gregory and Coe Lumber Company, of John Parnell, and of A. A. Dyer. It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice of said application has been given as required by law, it is therefore ordered that Richard Cox, John Parnell, J. W. Broadhead, W. W. Little, John Letcher, O. McGee, J. A. Stephens be appointed as a jury of viewers to view and mark out said road.
Scottland RoadThis day came E. J. Coffer and four others, a jury of viewers heretofore appointed of said Court as a jury to view and mark out a new public road commencing about half mile west of Jamison on the Providence road, thence west of Gree Horsely, thence by Green Coffers, thence by Reese Langston's mill, thence to and intersect the Shelby Springs road near Pink Gentry. Reporting that after being sworn that they have viewed and marked out said road as above described and no objections appearing to the opening and establishing of said road, it is therefore ordered that said road be established as a third grade road and shall be known as the Scottland road and that Frank Langston be appointed as overseer to open said road.
